Boring but important small print.

Bookings are confirmed by email, a £50 deposit is required to confirm the booking,  This is non refundable.

We do not take credit cards so payment is by BACS online, cheque or cash.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement, but must sleep in the owners car. Absolutely no dogs allowed in the bedrooms.

No smoking anywhere in the house.
